HLA Typing

NanoTYPE

NanoTYPE™ is an HLA typing assay that uses third-generation sequencing technology from Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT). The kit contains all the necessary reagents for sample amplification and comes with custom genotyping software, NanoTYPER™. The kit has been designed to pair with a quick barcode library preparation from ONT. All 11 loci (HLA-A, B, C, DQA1, DQB1, DPA1, DPB1, DRB1, and DRB345) are amplified in a single long-range multiplex PCR. The user can choose between 2 different protocols, either for urgent typing of a single sample or for multiple samples.

 

NanoTYPE MONO

NanoTYPE MONO™ is an assay kit for HLA laboratories. This kit is ideal for single-locus HLA typing. It does not require capital investment, library preparation is easy, and amplicon quantification is skipped. It also offers high resolution, long-read sequencing, and the ability to pool samples from multiple loci.

cfDNA

HoloGRAFT ONE

HoloGRAFT ONE is Omixon’s test for monitoring donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA) in transplants. HoloGRAFT ONE uses digital PCR technology to directly quantify dd-cfDNA, eliminating the need for complex library preparation and expensive NGS instruments. The test is fast, scalable, and cost-effective, making it suitable for frequent dd-cfDNA monitoring.
